We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH specialist to join our team in Infosys Singapore & Australia. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Pega CDH solutions for our clients.
The Role:
You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for personalized customer interactions and decision-making strategies. Your expertise in developing, configuring, and maintaining decision rules, strategies, and decision data within the Pega CDH platform will be essential in delivering successful projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of Pega CDH solutions that enable real-time decision-making and personalization across customer touchpoints.
* Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega CDH with other systems and data sources.
* Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance, and debugging of Pega CDH solutions to ensure they perform optimally.
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users to ensure effective use of Pega CDH.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification is a strong plus.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega CDH solutions in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of decisioning concepts, rules, and strategies within the Pega platform.
* Proficiency in Pega tools, including Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, and Pega Customer Service.
