At Talent International, we are seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team in the Northern Suburbs.

This is an initial contract position with high potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming payments promptly and accurately.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
  • Generate and send out invoices and statements.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

We estimate this role will have an annual salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 AUD based on industry standards and location.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
