The head office is based in Sydney CBD. As Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor), you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Your key roles will include:

  • Modeling excellent customer service to your team.
  • Driving sales growth through exceeding KPIs and continuously developing the performance and capabilities of your team.
  • Using reporting data to inform operational decisions.
  • Facilitating open communication with your team and providing effective feedback and consistent updates with the Management team.

You will work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers will equip you to help clients discover amazing products.
