A leading FMCG company seeks a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead its customer service function. This role involves understanding internal targets and combining them with key customer needs efficiently, collecting feedback, and managing relationships with major retail grocery customers.
The ideal candidate will have professional experience in customer-facing roles with a good knowledge of the Australian FMCG market, solid understanding of managing retail grocery customers, and strong analytical capabilities with insight-oriented reporting skills.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of staff, coordinate with third-party logistics providers, and work with customers and sales teams to manage stock availability and optimize supply chain operations.
