The Role


This position is responsible for providing approvals to approved service repairers for passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationally. You will manage maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring accurate information and resolving day-to-day queries within agreed timeframes.


Your Responsibilities



  • Approve suppliers' requests for maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
  • Evaluate all services carried out to ensure they meet manufacturer requirements.
  • Maintain defective vehicle and equipment repairs according to current CoR and Health and Safety processes.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to improve their EVO portal usage.
  • Assist customers with general maintenance inquiries.

What We're Looking For



  • A qualified Diesel Mechanic with a strong understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically analyze information and solve complex problems.
