Student Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Support Specialist in our Inala office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, high-level written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Student Management Systems (SMS).

  • Provide direct support to students, including enrollment, course inquiries, and program engagement assistance.
  • Maintain accurate and current student records and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, attendance tracking, and assessment results.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the Workforce Australia Online Platform.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, assessments, and student events in collaboration with students and trainers.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance of student interactions and support services with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional support to students throughout their educational journey.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, LMS, and SMS systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience within the Special Education Endorsement (SEE) Program or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Administration roles.
