Job Description

This is a temporary full-time position from 7 October to 12 July, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who can lead initiatives supporting student outcomes, working collaboratively within the team and community.

The ideal candidate will set high expectations, adopt a strategic approach, and provide holistic leadership for student management and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the academic, social-emotional, and wellbeing of students alongside the Deputy Principal.
  • Leading and managing team efforts for student and College events.
  • Participating actively as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Managing responsibilities related to student wellbeing, attendance, engagement, behaviour, and leadership.
  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing the pastoral care program.
  • Contributing as a teacher with a reduced teaching load.
