We are seeking a Student Support Officer (WIL) to join our team. The role is part of the Faculty Specialist Student Support team and provides administrative duties to organize and administer Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities within the Faculty.



About the Role

The Student Support Officer (WIL) will be responsible for providing high-quality student services with a focus on innovation and service excellence. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and liaise with diverse groups in a professional manner.



Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and administer WIL activities within the Faculty.
  • Provide exceptional standard of professional customer service to students, university staff, and external entities.
  • Support the placement of students in industry and community partnership engagement activities as part of their course of study.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
  • Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality student services with a focus on innovation and service excellence.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with diverse groups in a professional manner.
