
Strategic Customer Growth Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 1 strategic customers. This includes identifying and targeting new business opportunities, building relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for customers
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in telecommunications or cloud services
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Technical knowledge of IP Networks, Mobile, Voice, and Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or TAS
