The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Assurance Pursuit Centre Leader to drive the success of our assurance pursuits. With 15+ years' experience in building relationships and winning work, you'll lead our pursuit centre, deploying dedicated resources to maximise impact and coverage.
As a strategic thinker with highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll manage a complex stakeholder environment, communicate value propositions, and operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney, offering flexibility with reduced hours.
Main Responsibilities:- Pipeline Development: Work with Assurance Markets and Service Line Leadership to define the pursuit pipeline, prioritising Invest to Win, Retains, and Geo Priorities.
- Qualification and MORE Process: Oversee and contribute to qualification and MORE process activities, ensuring seamless account excellence.
- Resource Management: Manage resourcing using COE resources, liaising with Oceania Pursuits and Commercial Excellence Leader on additional requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect with wider Clients and Industries teams and Global Assurance Markets to enhance win probability across Audit and Assurance Advisory.
- 15+ years' experience in pursuits or similar, focusing on relationship building and winning work.
- Experience managing direct reports and allocating work.
- Prioritisation and workload management skills for self and team.
