About the Role:
  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to identify new business opportunities
  • Assist leads provided by the company to drive growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and referral networks within the community
  • Provide expert advice on lending options to customers
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process with ease and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (training and support will be provided if necessary)
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is beneficial, but comprehensive training is available
  • Background in sales or customer service will be advantageous in achieving success in this role
  • Strong drive to build a thriving mortgage broking business
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently
