As a key figure in our Home Lending operations, you are responsible for overseeing the post-origination value chain. This includes managing application preparation, credit assessment, settlement, and post-fulfilment servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for home loan processing.
  • Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and customer obsession.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession to ensure sustainable capability uplift.
  • Manage operational efficiency and deliver value-aligned outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless customer and broker experiences through end-to-end ownership of the post-origination process.
  • Act as the enterprise process owner for the entire Home Lending operational journey.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven senior leadership experience (10+ years) in home lending within banking or financial services.
  • Extensive expertise in Australian home lending products, operating models, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strategic thinking and a track record in driving operational transformation and capability uplift.
  • Advanced risk management acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
