The role of Agribusiness Lending Specialist plays a vital part in optimizing our lending processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership across the agribusiness banking division to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and enhance the skills of bankers, relationship associates, and the lending assessment team through coaching and mentorship.
- Utilize extensive experience in agribusiness credit and lending to optimize the performance of the business and agri sales support team.
- Contribute to the lending assessment team's mission of delivering exceptional customer service by providing efficient lending assessments and strong credit analysis skills.
- Maximize efficiency and enhance service delivery through effective application of active operations planning tool workware+.
- A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline is essential.
- Experience with active ops/workware planning methodologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership expertise in agribusiness with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
- A deep understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes is required.
- Proven skills in coaching and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
- A strong customer focus underpinned by a growth mindset and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
