We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced second-in-charge to fill this key role in our organisation.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Operations in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.
- Support with ensuring programs meet industry standards and regulations.
- Engage with parents, attend school events, and foster relationships with the school community.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with primary school-aged children.
- Passionate about working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in childcare or education is an asset but not essential.
