Deputy Chief Financial Officer

This is a unique chance to step into a high-impact executive position as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and fostering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization's financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide financial support for business development activities, including acquisitions, divestments, and related strategic evaluations.
  • Drive commercial analysis across contracts, cost management, capital expenditure, working capital, and strategic initiatives to deliver strong financial outcomes.
  • Manage the annual planning and forecasting process, including preparation and delivery of organizational-level presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • CPA or CA professional certification
  • 10+ years in senior finance roles, including FP&A or commercial finance, with experience working with executive teams
  • Excellent commercial acumen and proven experience in business growth success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and drive successful business outcomes
