The successful applicant will benefit from a $25,000 remote living allowance annually, in addition to their salary.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Handling cash transactions, quotes, and order processing
  • Generating reports as required
  • Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Performing general administrative tasks

We are looking for a collaborative team member who possesses a strong customer-centric approach, meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive and determined, capable of delivering exceptional customer solutions and service.

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales administration is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems is advantageous
  • Experience in estimating and drafting within a related field is also beneficial
