Position Overview:
As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring service excellence within a global framework, focusing on local operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site installations, commissioning, maintenance, and testing activities.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Perform audits and generate reports on drill rigs and lubrication systems.
  • Execute projects and maintain accurate data records.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports following site visits.
  • Document processes to enhance procedural development.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to adapt, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
  • Experience with RDSA or OEM products is advantageous.
  • Exhibit a positive and customer-centric attitude.
  • Knowledge of the underground mining industry, particularly hydraulic rock drilling processes, is preferred.
  • Relevant trade qualifications, such as Diesel Fitter equivalent.
  • Certifications in Working at Heights, First Aid, and Dogging Rigging are beneficial but not mandatory.
