Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at APM. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

• Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
• Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations through the development of tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Conduct a variety of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments, to identify future employment or training options.
• Perform effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
• Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

• Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
