Maintenance Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Lead to oversee maintenance operations for our Maritime products and associated equipment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for a broad range of Maritime systems and equipment.
  • Recruit and manage a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to support ongoing seaworthiness of Autonomous Underwater Vessels (AUVs).
  • Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for the conduct of test and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Suitable trade or engineering qualification.
  • 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the maritime industry or analogous Autonomous Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Maritime Systems, including propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
