Job Title: Asset Maintenance Technician / Product Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of technical assets in an automated warehouse environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a specialist in technical assets and support activities within an automated picking solution warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and warehouse control systems.

Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to minimise downtime and ensure optimal system performance. You will also conduct routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running efficiently and safely.

You will stay updated with the latest technologies and develop new methods to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and implement initiatives to enhance system performance, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.

An important aspect of this role is mentoring junior technicians and supporting their professional growth. You will also conduct regular inventory audits and manage procurement system housekeeping. Support maintenance planning and analyse parts usage and asset performance.
