Asset Performance Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to ensure the optimal performance of technical assets within automated picking solution warehouses.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance equipment efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing modifications.
- Provide expert advice on system performance and promote continuous optimisation.
- Develop technical teams, enhancing their skills to meet service goals.
- Lead during system outages, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running efficiently and safely.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and develop new methods to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic plans to enhance service delivery and contribute to business objectives.
- Promote a collaborative work environment and encourage open communication and teamwork.
- Mentor junior technicians and support their professional growth.
