About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Strategic Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team with administrative tasks. As a key member of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate diaries and travel arrangements
- Monitor budgets and track expenditures
- Take meeting minutes and provide status updates
- Plan and coordinate programs and activities relating to workforce management
- Perform quality control audits to ensure data accuracy across systems
- Provide ad-hoc support to assist with program delivery
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a program coordinator or senior administrator
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and efficiency
- Confidentiality due to access to sensitive information
- Problem-solving skills with creative thinking
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant qualifications
