Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the payroll team and ensure seamless operations
  • Implement and monitor local payroll controls, staying up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations
  • Oversee payroll procedures, supervise a fantastic team, and be the go-to expert for resolving payroll puzzles
  • Handle payroll communications and administration with finesse
  • Provide direction and coaching to your team, helping them grow and thrive
  • Review and analyze payroll practices, spotting opportunities for process improvements and best practices
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience leading a payroll team

  • Extensive experience with system design and implementation
  • Qualifications: Degree in business-related discipline (Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.)
