Key Responsibilities:- Lead the payroll team and ensure seamless operations
- Implement and monitor local payroll controls, staying up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations
- Oversee payroll procedures, supervise a fantastic team, and be the go-to expert for resolving payroll puzzles
- Handle payroll communications and administration with finesse
- Provide direction and coaching to your team, helping them grow and thrive
- Review and analyze payroll practices, spotting opportunities for process improvements and best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience leading a payroll team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a deep knowledge of global payroll best practices
- Leadership skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with Finance and Operations Directors
- Extensive experience with system design and implementation
- Qualifications: Degree in business-related discipline (Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.)
