Job Title: Director, Shared Services

Cabrini Health is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the strategic and operational delivery of HR operations and Payroll services. As Director, Shared Services, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, controls, and operational excellence across the organization.

About the Role:
  • Lead the strategic management of Payroll, People Operations, and HRIS teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant services.
  • Oversee the HRIS program of work and annual/cyclic HR and payroll activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide strong leadership to attract, develop, and retain a highly skilled and motivated team focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
  • Strategically manage and provide authoritative technical and policy advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Chair and participate in relevant project groups, management meetings, and committees to drive business outcomes.
  • Enhance and improve the delivery of HR Services and Payroll services through targeted initiatives, continuous improvement focus, and system health reviews.
  • Governance owner for data and process integrity, focusing on risk review and mitigation and controls.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide Payroll and HR professionals in a complex organization.
  • Deep understanding of HR and payroll operations and processes.
  • Experience in managing a top-tier HRIS and working across multiple integrated systems.
  • Experience driving change of significant processes and systems with wide-reaching impacts, risk, and complexity.
  • Experience in redesigning and driving operational efficiencies and effectively executing organizational change in a medium-large-sized organization.
  • Excellent client-centric stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence at an Executive level to meet desired business outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
