Salary

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

You will sit within the Regional Hub and be responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, day to day management and coordination of payroll and related services in the "Hire-to-Retire" process.

You will lead a Payroll team and ensure execution of the key Payroll SLA's, delivery and day to day operations.

You will ensure enhanced business user experience and drive service improvement across the "Hire-to-Retire" process area in partnership with stakeholders across HR, Payroll Compliance and the wider business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a Payroll Operations Manager with:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Lead or similar managerial role (multi-regional or multi-business unit) leading a high performing payroll team.
  • Demonstrated experience, understanding and application of relevant industry Awards as it relates to payroll, leave management and related HR regulatory requirements.
  • Experience and skills in continuous improvement frameworks (eg Six Sigma, Lean) highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong forward thinking and business mindset.
