Payroll Operations Specialist

The Opportunity
Camp Australia is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of payroll processing and key functions relating to the payment of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver payroll processing and key functions relating to the payment of employees.
- Provide support to all Camp Australia employees and the wider business through accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide special purpose reporting to Senior Management on payroll data.
- Manage the process of leave workflows and authorised amendments to salaries and wages.
- Ensure compliance with internal payroll policy requirements including timesheets and leave management.

About You
- Minimum of five years' experience in a payroll team and function.
- Experience with helping to advise on transitioning existing payroll to a new payroll system is advantageous.
- End to end payroll processing skills for a workforce with more than 2,000 employees.
- Experience with both casual and multi-site payroll processing under complex award system (Children's Services Award 2010 ideal).
- Proven capability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
