Regional Manager Opportunity

Multicap, a leading disability service provider, is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee the delivery of our services in the Gold Coast region.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families living with disabilities. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Management: Developing and implementing strategies to ensure alignment with NDIS standards and exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Team Structure: Managing and inspiring a team of five Service Managers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Financial Acumen: Overseeing budgeting and financial responsibilities to ensure the financial sustainability of our services.
  • Quality Assurance: Upholding our organisation's core purpose and maintaining high service standards.
  • Community Engagement: Developing and fostering robust relationships within the disability community.

About You:

We are looking for a strong, mature leader with substantial experience in the industry, ideally with a background in disability and health. You will have a growth mindset, be motivated, and have high-energy to drive success in a rapidly growing region. You will also have:

  • Qualifications in social care or allied health.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in health, disability, mental health, or related human services.
  • Current QLD Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, and up to date First Aid & CPR certification.
