Regional Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Multicap Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services in the Gold Coast region and driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Service Managers and contribute to the development of our services in the Gold Coast region. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve service delivery in the Gold Coast region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Service Managers to achieve business objectives and improve service quality.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial responsibilities to ensure the financial sustainability of our services in the Gold Coast region.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the disability community.

What You Need:
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in social care or allied health.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in health, disability, mental health, or related human services.
  • Credentials: Current QLD Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, and up to date First Aid & CPR certification.
