Training and Education Specialist


Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for international students. As a Training and Education Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant industry experience with a proven track record of delivering face-to-face training programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Intermediate administration/computer skills, with proficiency in learning management systems and other relevant software applications.

  • Flexible and highly motivated individual with strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and assessment within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

  • Ability to follow RTO policies and procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
