We are seeking an Education and Training Specialist to provide support for our Adult Retrieval Department. This is a Part Time (0.5FTE), Permanent position currently based in Essendon Fields with WFH/Hybrid options available.
About the role
Reporting to the Director ARV, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Develop training plans for ARV speciality craft groups consistent with the ARV course curriculum and craft group skill sets delivering on ARV goals and priorities, aligned to speciality medical college educational framework requirements where relevant
- Undertake learning and developmental initiatives and programs in conjunction with the ARV Education Lead to ensure training is delivered in accordance with ARV's standards, policies, and guidelines
- Create and update end-to-end eLearning designs for our current education program, ensuring our eLearning modules are engaging and relevant to our craft groups
- Support the ARV Education Lead in developing and delivering education in line with AV's policies and standards

About you

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Completion of a degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience in paramedicine, nursing, medicine, or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher qualification) would be advantageous
- Significant experience in providing critical care to patients
- High Level experience in the delivery of education, training, and equipment management in healthcare environment to a high professional standard
- Proven experience in using AV's learning Management Systems or similar

This position is graded at AV5 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Essendon Fields headquarters.
