Job Description
As an Enrolments and Admissions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to prospective delegates and their employers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate enrolment advice and support throughout the training process.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for response times, conversions, and service quality.
- Match delegates with suitable courses based on their career goals and eligibility.
- Process enrolments accurately and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage leads and data using Salesforce and Axcelerate platforms.
- Support business-to-business (B2B) solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
About You
For this role, we are looking for candidates with experience in a call centre or lead management environment, preferably in education or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) setting. Essential skills include exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, strong multitasking abilities, resilience under pressure, and excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, while experience with Salesforce and Axcelerate is highly desirable. Additionally, you must be an Australian Citizen.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in a call centre or lead management role, ideally in education or an RTO setting.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Axcelerate experience a plus.
- Australian Citizenship.
