About the Company
Join a leading global luxury beauty house with an exceptional portfolio of prestige fragrance and beauty brands. Please note, this is a 12 month contract with a potential to extend.
About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and inspiring Beauty Advisors across multiple channels. You will deliver engaging training, in-field coaching, and brand immersion to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver induction programs and brand training for Beauty Advisors
- Conduct pre-training coaching for new recruits
- Provide in-field coaching and development tailored to business needs
- Manage journey planning for store visits and training days
- Support major training events, conferences, and product launches
- Track training budgets and manage administrative requirements
- Share in-field insights to help shape future initiatives
- Champion digital learning platforms, uniforms, and event support
What You'll Bring
- Passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail
- Strong presentation and communication skills – able to inspire and engage
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative and curious mindset with a willingness to try new approaches
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Awareness of training trends and multi-media platforms
- Previous in-field coaching or retail training experience
