About the Company
Join a leading global luxury beauty house with an exceptional portfolio of prestige fragrance and beauty brands. Please note, this is a 12 month contract with a potential to extend.
About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and inspiring Beauty Advisors across multiple channels. You will deliver engaging training, in-field coaching, and brand immersion to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver induction programs and brand training for Beauty Advisors
Conduct pre-training coaching for new recruits
Provide in-field coaching and development tailored to business needs
Manage journey planning for store visits and training days
Support major training events, conferences, and product launches
Track training budgets and manage administrative requirements
Share in-field insights to help shape future initiatives
Champion digital learning platforms, uniforms, and event support
What You'll Bring
Passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail
Strong presentation and communication skills – able to inspire and engage
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A creative and curious mindset with a willingness to try new approaches
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Awareness of training trends and multi-media platforms
Previous in-field coaching or retail training experience
