Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the delivery of maintenance services to commercial clients. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring schedules are met and service standards are maintained.

The position requires strong leadership skills, with experience in facilities management or a related field. A certificate in horticulture is also desirable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to local teams to meet schedules and contract specifications.
  • Report and escalate incidents using PERISCOPE and COMMUNITY CARE platforms.
  • Assist Regional and National Operations Managers with tender preparation.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO certifications and related standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager on scheduling and communicate with People Services regarding staffing changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal leadership training and/or demonstrated experience in supervising staff.
  • Practical understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and White Card.
  • Working With Children Check.
