Job Role OverviewWe are searching for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager in Oncology. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will develop and implement commercial strategies and programs that will increase value to our patients.
- Champion high-value customer experiences
- Develop market and customer insights and programs to exceed brand objectives
- Responsible for meeting commercial KPIs
Minimum >2 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-and P&L responsibilities.
Demonstrated OCO/MCE marketing.
Demonstrated leadership/influence without authority.
Record of successful relationships and Key External Expert (KEE) management.
Exceptional data, analytical, business prioritization, and planning skills.
Strong project management skills.
High comfort and agility with technologies.
Highly curious high learning agility and orientation.
Advanced understanding of the relevant therapeutic area(s).
Flexible, customer-focused attitude.
Solution-oriented and effective problem-solving skills.
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Business. Life Sciences/Pharmacy qualifications preferred.
