About the RoleWe require an individual who can provide direct clinical nursing care, including assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to motivate and support colleagues.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
