Program Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programs and Partnerships Lead to join our team. This is a high-impact role that will oversee a broad portfolio, driving growth opportunities and strengthening our position as a sector leader in child safe practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for safeguarding, positioning us as a leader in child safe practice
  • Drive inclusion and community engagement initiatives to improve outcomes for disadvantaged children and families
  • Refresh and deliver our Reconciliation Action Plan and First Nations engagement strategy, promoting cultural competence and understanding
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including grants and tenders, to support our growth agenda
  • Shape client engagement and communications strategies to amplify our profile and community impact
  • Represent us with government, universities, peak bodies, and community partners, fostering strong relationships and advocacy
  • Collaborate across the executive team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including new centres and services
