
System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our National Real Estate team. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral part in the efficient end-to-end management of real estate systems.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive financial improvements through accurate data analysis and enhance business processes. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication of ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a technical expert and point of contact for all real estate systems.
- Create reports and tools to provide strategic insights for decision-making within the National Real Estate department.
- Design and develop training materials to support users in the efficient operation of Systems during project implementation and ongoing updates.
- Support National Real Estate Projects and apply project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues, and risks.
- Conduct in-depth spend analysis, providing strategic guidance to drive efficiency and maximize property financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the National Real Estate function and provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.
This role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights. You will also need excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and convey ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Real Estate/Property Development Industry experience highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with SAP S/4 Hana.
- Experience with GIS platforms, such as ArcGIS, using diverse data sets to uncover insights relevant to decision making is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, with high competency in Visual Basic for Application (VBA) and reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, and convey ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

You will receive a transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800, including Superannuation.
