Join Evolution Mining in Sydney as an experienced Business Systems Analyst (ERP) within the Enterprise Applications team. Based in the Sydney office with a 5/2 roster and optional two days of work-from-home, this role supports and optimises ERP systems and integrated applications across Finance, Supply, Maintenance, and other core business areas. You will be the first point of contact for ERP support and configuration, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions that improve processes and drive efficiency.

About the role

You'll work in our Enterprise Applications team, reporting to the ERP Lead, supporting and optimising ERP systems and integrated applications across Finance, Supply, Maintenance, and other core business areas. You'll be the first point of contact for ERP support and configuration, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for ERP and integrated application support, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
• Lead and support ERP-related projects from scoping and feasibility through testing, training, and implementation.
• Drive process improvement by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and maximising system functionality.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide user training, maintain system documentation, and support change management and user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and best practices in all system-related activities.

What you'll bring

• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply, or maintenance.
• Experience with system configuration, UAT, documentation, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed through better systems and smarter processes.

You have three or more years of experience in a similar role supporting ERP systems in a medium-to-large organisation. Mining, resources, or asset-intensive industry experience is a plus, but transferable skills and a willingness to learn are also valued. You're a strong communicator, a natural collaborator, and committed to high-quality outcomes.
