Senior Systems Analyst

Location: The Hills Shire, NSW

Public Sector People are partnering with The Hills Shire Council to recruit an experienced Senior System Analyst. You'll bring a strong background in business analysis, SQL databases, and system integration, with hands-on experience supporting and maintaining systems, and the ability to translate complex business processes into smart technical solutions. Experience with Technology One is highly desirable.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Implementing, maintaining, and supporting new Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules
• Providing technical support, advice, and problem-solving on Property and Rating and Technology One systems
• Undertaking system testing for upgrades or new software releases
• Delivering business analysis services, translating processes into technical solutions
• Managing integration work between multiple systems
• Communicating effectively with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless technology solutions
• Producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing across teams
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems
• Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries, and data analytics
• Proven technical expertise in business analysis, system integration, and process translation
• Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools
• Knowledge of ECM administration and ETL processes
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
