Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our critical facilities infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and lead cross-functional teams to achieve seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage site capacity and resources.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Equinix's standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Investigate and resolve complex or severe customer-impacting incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
