- Follow and complete comprehensive cleaning checklists and schedules.
- Prepare accurate end-of-shift reports and records.
- Effectively communicate with internal management teams and clients.
- Utilize cleaning software systems as required, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage professionally with customers, providing exceptional service and support.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
- Proficient in utilizing technology, including computer software and mobile apps.
- A keen eye for detail, with commitment to delivering high-quality results and services.
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role or industry, with transferable skills and knowledge.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday on an ongoing basis, with flexibility to meet client demands.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Physical capability to lift up to 15kg, with ability to maneuver equipment and supplies safely.
