Job Title: Senior Process Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Process Intelligence Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or data analytics.

About the Role:

This is a 2-year fixed term contract position, based in Port Kembla. The successful candidate will lead multi-site process intelligence roadmaps, ensuring solutions are replicated quickly and effectively across sites. They will also partner closely with operations and functional teams to set the strategic direction for data governance and data definitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of process intelligence roadmaps to drive business improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish interoperability across tools, datasets, and departments
• Mentor analysts, champions, and leaders to build local ownership of tools and insights
• Deliver measurable improvements in yield, quality, safety, and efficiency through actionable insights

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology or a related field
• Deep technical and analytical skills, ideally within manufacturing, process engineering, or data analytics
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
