As a critical facilities infrastructure leader, you will maintain our data center operations as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our customers. **Job Summary:** Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a new supervisor to lead our team at Unanderra. You will supervise a small but hard-working team, train and cross-train them where appropriate to ensure efficient performance of the SY7 Data Center.

The supervisor will prioritize tasks and workloads efficiently, assist with status reports while working with senior managers and the onsite facilities team to drive the overall performance of the data center.

**Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise emergency duties, coordinating installations and delivery schedules for efficient data center performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to the technical operations team and client base on technical issues when required.
  • System Support: Ensure team members are working within the system per operational requirements, addressing issues with senior management when required.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate with local suppliers and maintain servicing records to accurately maintain data center infrastructure.
  • Reporting: Provide routine status reports on data center performance.
  • Standards: Accountable for adherence to and evolution of global standards.
