Ensuring data center integrity is a vital responsibility for our supervisors. They oversee teams to guarantee efficient performance and reliability.

With over 200+ data centers globally, we provide interconnections to all key clouds and networks. Our platform simplifies infrastructure for businesses, spanning private and public cloud environments.

We are a rapidly expanding organization with numerous consecutive quarters of growth, boasting a portfolio of high-performance products and services. Our global ecosystem comprises nearly 10,000 companies, including 1,800+ networks and 2,900+ cloud and IT service providers across 26 countries.

In this role, you will supervise a small team, train them where necessary, and assist with status reports. You will work closely with Senior Managers and the onsite Facilities team to drive data center performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise emergency duties, installations, and delivery schedules
  • Technical Support: Assist the technical operations team and clients on technical issues
  • System Support: Ensure team members adhere to operational requirements and rectify issues as needed
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate with suppliers and maintain servicing records
  • Budgeting: Assist in drafting proposals for data center improvements
  • Reporting: Provide routine status reports on data center performance
  • Standards: Ensure adherence to and evolution of global standards
