Internal Salesperson Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers with their hydraulic needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming sales calls and technical enquiries from customers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on hydraulic systems and products
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with our logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the hydraulic industry
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customer enquiries, including basic technical questions relating to hydraulic systems
  • Previous inbound sales experience
  • Computer literate and experience using Outlook and Excel, and familiar with business management/Customer Relationship Management-type software
  • Good understanding of the order fulfillment process from enquiry through to delivery
