About the Position

This role is responsible for overseeing our Physical Performance team and contributing to the growth of our players' physical abilities.

  • Develop strategies and set targets for all aspects of the physical performance department.
  • Ensure alignment between the medical, sports science, analytics, and physical development teams.
  • Liaise with coaching staff and management to discuss the status and future direction of the physical performance program.
About You

We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in the Medical and Performance industries who possesses:

  • Management experience with a proven track record of leading people and teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong relationships with staff, officials, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, high professionalism, great organisation, and time management skills to deliver multiple tasks.

We value a positive and proactive approach, a strong team focus, high honesty and integrity, and relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy or Sports Science.
