Executive Advisor Role

About the Executive Advisor Position

The role of an Executive Advisor involves leading the operational cycle and divisional governance for enterprise services. This entails providing high-level advice and support to senior executives in achieving strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing strategic guidance and governance support in actively managing critical activities, projects, and programs of work on behalf of senior executives
  • Managing escalated divisional enquiries and providing recommendations on emergent issues directly to senior executives
  • Building a broad and robust network and lasting partnerships with senior management, stakeholders, and colleagues across and external to the organization

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have a tertiary or postgraduate qualification in a business or related field with relevant experience. Other requirements include:

  • Experience providing expert advice on complex issues across senior levels of a large and diverse organization (healthcare or public service/sector highly desirable)
  • Proven corporate services and governance knowledge and experience including committees, procurement, finance, HR, audit, and risk
  • Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining strong, effective working relationships and networks with all stakeholders and relevant external organizations
