The role of Strategic Leadership Advisor is critical to our organization's success. It requires a highly skilled professional who can provide expert advice and strategic support to senior leaders.

The Strategic Leadership Advisor will be responsible for providing authoritative advice, reasoned recommendations, and innovative solutions to complex issues based on comprehensive research. They will also forge strong connections across the organization and with external stakeholders to maintain productive relationships and provide timely expert advice.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing strategic leadership to the management and delivery of organizational submissions, briefings, and responses to corporate and government requirements;
  • Supporting senior management to set and achieve key performance indicators and standards, and drive strategies that achieve continuous quality improvement;
  • Facilitating the engagement and input of a wide range of stakeholders within agreed timelines given their varying expectations, viewpoints, and interests;
  • Preparing and presenting detailed, comprehensive reports and providing strategic support to ministerial, parliamentary, departmental divisional executive functions and processes;
  • Interpreting and translating data and complex information into clear communications using storytelling techniques to illustrate the delivery of government priorities.

This role requires a person who is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of organizational processes and an ability to work in a complex, sensitive, and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have high levels of adaptability and a commitment to contribute to a professional and supportive work environment.
