We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Employment Coach. In this position, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment and improve their overall wellbeing.
Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-level customer service, identifying and addressing employment barriers, and coordinating assistance to enhance job prospects. You will also be responsible for facilitating group-based sessions to support non-vocational skills development and conducting reverse marketing calls to employers.

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customers understand program requirements and expectations.
- Identify and coordinate assistance to improve job prospects.
- Deliver and facilitate group-based sessions to support non-vocational skills development.
- Maintain relationships with community organizations to provide holistic support.
- Review customer requirements regularly to ensure tailored solutions.
- Conduct reverse marketing calls to employers to support job placement.

- Understanding of contractual compliant environments.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Employment Services or related fields.
